It seems like everyone is going on about social media these days, and not always in a positive way. However, when used in the correctly and implemented as part of your marketing plan, platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn can be of great value to your business and enable you to communicate more effectively with your customers and the wider business community.
Obviously this kind of communication is not for everyone, but in order to make that decision, you first need to understand what it is all about. We run two Twitter workshops that enable you to quickly pick up the basics so that you can decide whether it is something that could work for you.
“Twitter for the Terrified” is aimed at those of you who don’t currently have a twitter account and if you are honest are even a little bit scared of your computer. In three hours we help you open an account, get it set up and then teach you all the basics so that you can go back to your office and start using this very useful tool.
“Twitter - the Next Step” is aimed at those of you who have a Twitter account but have no idea what to do with it. In a three hour session we teach you how to build Twitter into your marketing plan, what kinds of things to tweet, when to tweet and how to use it for research and community building. We also show you some very useful tools that can make using twitter easier and more effective.
